Team Dedicated drivers on these lanes will be living and working with a co-driver and may find themselves driving anywhere in the US. Your truck will be moving and making money almost all the time. You will typically be servicing the same customers. Team drivers can expect to run from coast to coast or some Northeast areas back to the Southern US. These lanes pay an entry-level split rate of .60cpm +.10cpm Safety and Performance bonus and average 5,000 miles a week. Pay could increase to $0.70 and even up to $0.80 based on experience. Teams on these lanes will be home weekly and don’t require a hazmat certification.

This particular Dedicated lane picks up from a distribution center and delivers to regional stores. Your schedule will vary but drivers may be off during the week and some weekends. Sometimes you may have to head out on Sundays. You will average 2,300-2,500 miles a week.
Pay is up to 46cpm (+.5CPM Monthly Safety/Performance Mileage Bonus. There is a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
You will typically be servicing the same customer and delivering, picking up loads, and moving empties to multiple regional stores. Full benefits after 30 days, paid vacation after 1 year.
