Total Eclipse Safety

As most of you know there will be a major eclipse on the afternoon of Monday the 21st. If you will be driving in areas effected please drive with extra caution. Many schools will be closed and people are traveling from all over the world to observe the event. Take note of a likely high traffic flow, especially near popular eclipse viewing areas.

Beware many drivers may be parked in the breakdown lane or drive erratically if caught off guard.

If you happen to be driving in an effected area while the eclipse is happening do not be distracted by it and to not look at it. Looking at the sun without proper protection can permanently damage your eyesight.
