Donald joined Total in 2015 and has been a trainer with us since August 2016. Having gone through our training program himself just over 3 years ago, he knows how it feels to be A student. Out of all our 50+ trainers, Donald had the most students upgrade on their first attempt. His students run great miles and have very few accidents after they get off his truck.

Donald has displayed the attitude and drive to become a model trainer and his success rate clearly reflects these qualities. He is a true representation of someone who has mastered their craft and in turn gives back. Thank you Donald and congratulations.
